Terms and Conditions – Hotel Nogal
1. Reservations

Reservations made through our website are confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding confirmation email.

The reservation holder must be over 18 years of age and present a valid ID at check-in.

2. Rates

All prices shown include VAT and other applicable taxes at the time of booking, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The hotel reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Confirmed reservations will maintain the agreed-upon price.

3. Payment

The amount of the stay may be charged in full or in part before arrival, depending on the selected rate.

The hotel accepts payment by credit card and other payment methods available during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation outside of this period or no-show, the first night's rate will be charged. Non-Refundable Rate
The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation.
Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are not permitted.

5. Reservation Modifications

Modifications are subject to availability and may vary depending on the rates in effect at the time of the change.

6. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

7. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification, the hotel may cancel the reservation and apply the corresponding charges according to the contracted rate.

8. Damages and Liability

The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's facilities, furniture, or equipment during their stay.

The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in the rooms or common areas.

9. House Rules

To ensure the rest and relaxation of all guests:

Parties or events are not permitted without express authorization.
Quiet hours must be respected.
The hotel may ask guests who violate these rules to vacate the premises without refund.

10. Pets

(Pets are not allowed, unless expressly indicated in certain rates or rooms).

11. Data Protection

The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and solely for the management of the reservation and the provision of the contracted services.

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At GESTION HORECA GRANADINA S.L. We process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes, depending on the channel through which you contact us:

Reservation Management (Hotel and Restaurant): To manage your accommodation reservations at Hotel El Nogal or table reservations at Restaurant Al-Sabika, including confirmation, modification, or cancellation, as well as payment and billing management.

Customer Service: To respond to your inquiries, requests for information, questions, or suggestions submitted through our contact forms, email, or telephone calls.

Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable legal obligations, such as the communication of data to the State Security Forces (traveler registration) in accordance with current hotel regulations.

Commercial Communications: With your express consent, to send you offers, promotions, and news about the hotel and restaurant services.

3. What is the legal basis for processing your data? The legal basis for processing your data varies depending on the purpose:

Performance of a contract: Processing is necessary for managing your room or table reservation, as well as for providing the contracted services.

Legal obligation: Compliance with tax regulations (invoicing) and public safety regulations (Traveler Registration Book).

Consent of the data subject: For resolving website queries and for sending commercial communications or newsletters. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept:

For the time necessary to manage the reservation and the stay or the restaurant service.

Once the service has ended, the data will be blocked for the periods required by Spanish tax and civil law to address any potential liabilities (generally between 4 and 6 years).

In the case of subscriptions to commercial newsletters, until the user requests to unsubscribe or revokes their consent.

5. To whom will your data be disclosed?
Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except where legally required. Specifically, it will be disclosed to:

State Security Forces and Corps (Police/Civil Guard) in compliance with Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Public Safety (guest registration).

The Tax Agency and banking institutions for the management of collections and taxes.

External data processors (such as providers of reservation systems, hotel management software, or tax advisors), who process the data strictly following our instructions and under contracts that guarantee data security.

No international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area.

6. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing their personal data. You can exercise the following rights with the Data Controller:
